As part of the Australian Government's environmental program most home owners, landlords and tenants can access a FREE sustainability assessment of their house or unit.

A trained assessor will come to your house and help you discover:

• How to make energy savings by efficiently using electricity and gas

• How to reduce your electricity bills

• Information on the Australian and NSW Government rebates available

• Advice on the suitability for solar hot water, heat pumps and solar (electricity) photovoltaics and water tanks.

• How to improve the thermal performance and comfort levels of your house.

• Look at water consumption and waste.

• How to access “Green Loans” at concessional interest rates to improve the sustainability of your property.
